Strata Managed properties often need regular inspections and treatments to maintain a pest free and hygienic environment. At Knock-Down Pest Control we have extensive experience in working with both Strata Managers and Owners Corporations.

We carry out all of our General Pest Control Treatments according to OH&S and the safety of others. Our notices & owner/occupier letter is sent out to all residents 2 weeks prior to any treatment being carried out to common areas. The notice is also sent to the Strata Manager to be placed on notice boards.

Our letters also note that we will give the opportunity for all residents to have their individual townhouse/villas/units treated at cost price at their own cost, as long as it is carried out in conjunction with a common area treatment.

This Management Program has been very successful that we not only control all the pests in the common areas but we also provide peace of mind to residents.

General treatments include cockroach pest control, spiders, ants, silverfish crickets & carpet beetles. All common areas include roof voids, subfloors, foyers, stairwells, garbage rooms, car parks, external perimeter walls, gardens and fences.
